  • Send order confirmations and service emails
  • Respond to enquiries and custom design requests

  • Order production and delivery: our garment fulfilment partner

We keep order and artwork data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle queries or claims, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Temporary design uploads may be deleted automatically after a short period if you do not complete checkout.

  • Request correction or erasure in certain circumstances
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Data portability where applicable
